This hotel impressed us with its luxurious amenities and attentive service. the indoor heated swimming pool and spa centre were fantastic for relaxing after a busy day. the spa lounge was a particular highlight, providing a tranquil atmosphere and a great range of treatments. the bar/lounge offered a fantastic selection of drinks and snacks, with friendly staff who were always on hand to help.

this was a minor issue in an otherwise enjoyable experience.
